{"id":140929,"date":"2025-12-18T19:18:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T22:18:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/?p=140929"},"modified":"2025-12-18T19:18:08","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T22:18:08","slug":"resolucion-n-2119-otorgando-feria-administrativa-con-goce-de-haberes-al-personal-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/2025\/12\/resolucion-n-2119-otorgando-feria-administrativa-con-goce-de-haberes-al-personal-municipal\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0: 2119: OTORGANDO FERIA ADMINISTRATIVA CON GOCE DE HABERES AL PERSONAL MUNICIPAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:<a href=\"https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/2025\/12\/resolucion-n-2119-otorgando-feria-administrativa-con-goce-de-haberes-al-personal-municipal\/feria-administrativa\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-140931\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-140931 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/FERIA-ADMINISTRATIVA.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"369\" height=\"497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/FERIA-ADMINISTRATIVA.jpeg 517w, https:\/\/revistaesperanzas.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/FERIA-ADMINISTRATIVA-312x420.jpeg 312w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 369px) 100vw, 369px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que, la implementaci\u00f3n de la Feria Administrativa, contribuye a mejorar la eficacia, eficiencia y mejora continua del Personal Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que, en virtud de ello se considera conveniente la implementaci\u00f3n de la feria administrativa, adecuar los t\u00e9rminos de su duraci\u00f3n y garantizar la no interrupci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que, en base al Art. 98 inc. 13 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica Municipal se considera oportuno otorgar feria administrativa al personal municipal, concedida en dos turnos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ello;;;;;;;;;;;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESUELVE:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: OTORGAR FERIA ADMINISTRATIVA CON GOCE DE HABERES PARA EL PERSONAL MUNICIPAL que ser\u00e1 concedido en 2 turnos, quedando de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primer turno 50% del Personal Municipal desde el 22 al 26 de diciembre de 2025.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo turno 50% del Personal Municipal desde el 29 de diciembre de 2025 a 02 de enero de 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: CADA jefe de \u00e1rea organizar\u00e1 el uso de la feria, de manera tal que no se resienta los servicios y atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, bajo su responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: COMUN\u00cdQUESE, publ\u00edquese, d\u00e9se al R.M., s\u00e1quese copia para quien corresponda y oportunamente ARCH\u00cdVESE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO: Que, la implementaci\u00f3n de la Feria Administrativa, contribuye a mejorar la eficacia, eficiencia y mejora continua del Personal Municipal.
